The cost is variable in relation to the duration of the course (approximately 4 hours).

Min number participants: 2; max number of participants: 8 Tastings in the cellar: on request with a minimum of five participants guided tastings with typical Sicilian cold cuts and cheeses and wines from the cellar. It is also possible to organize private dinners.

At the hotel restaurant you can experience the emotion of a cooking class to discover the great tradition of Sicilian cuisine.


Our course starts with the shopping to do with the chef among the evocative mazes of the Ballarò market between dried fruits, home-grown vegetables and fresh fish. During the course you will try your hand at making recipes. It will end with the tasting of the dishes paired with a glass of wine.
