“Da Carlo a Palazzo Brunaccini” Restaurant hosts cooking courses, a great way to discover the secrets of great Italian and Sicilian cookery. The course starts with shopping for ingredients, the chef will guide you through the labyrinth of Ballarò market, surrounded by dried fruits, pulses, vegetables, meat, fish and any number of other local products.

The next part of the lesson is theoretical, as the chef demonstrates how to prepare the recipe, and finally there is the practical stage, where the students can prepared the recipes themselves. It will also be possible to organize fun children's cooking classes with recipes and menus designed for them.

The course ends with tasting the dishes matched with wines from the cellar. The cost depends on the length of the course which is normally around 4 hours but can be tailored to requirement.

Wine tastings: on request it is possible to organize guided wine tastings including Sicilian cured meats and cheeses (minimum 5 people). It is also possible to organize private dinners.
